Fliegl push-off technology optimizes logistics
The Fliegl push-off system with hydraulic sliding floor combines the advantages of all standard transport and off-loading systems such as tipping, sliding, scraper or chain floors. At the same time, it optimizes the loading volume and off-loading process. But the main features of this new off-loading system are the low centre of gravity at a low off-loading height and the fast, trouble-free and complete unloading (Fig.). Especially during tipping of heavy rock and sticky excavated loam on uneven, sloping ground, lorries and dumper trucks are more resistant to tipping and more stable. Different sizes of push-off unit made of wear-resistant 400 HB steel can be mounted onto the chassis of all standard makes of semi-trailers, lorries and dumper trucks, irrespective of the wheel bases.
