Positive bauma result
The 2010 bauma more than lived up to the Liebherr Group’s expectations (Fig.). The Group’s product divisions that exhibited there from 19.-25.04.2010 concluded a large number of business transactions with a total volume of 200 million €. This positive result was accompanied by initial negotiations concerning many new projects. The bauma has given additional stimulus to the economic upturn that was already evident in this business sector. It has also established itself now as a forum accepted throughout the mining industry. The new Liebherr stand met with widespread approval, but air travel restrictions unfortunately interfered with the visits planned by many overseas guests.
