New facility
in Brazil

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. announced the opening of its new sales and service facility in Sao Paulo/Brazil. Increasing the company’s direct presence in South America, the new Sao Paulo facility will provide technical services, sales, engineering services and training support to a range of customers in cement, steel, minerals and coal industries. The team in Sao Paulo will primarily serve customers that purchase Thermo Scientific online elemental analyzers, sampling systems, bulk weighing and monitoring products for cement, coal and minerals, and online thickness and coating weight measurement gauges for steel. The facility will also store spares inventory.
