Mobile crushing

In addition to excavation and earthmoving work, processing construction waste and natural rock is another core component in Nierlich GmbH’s range of activities. To guarantee the flexible processing of orders and more efficient crushing of the different materials, the company owner Günther Nierlich decided to renew the company’s skid-mobile processing unit. Fol-lowing a test run (Fig.), a Rockster R900 impact crusher was added to the company’s fleet of machines. Since then, the machine has been used to process a wide range of materials in the region, from asphalt, through concrete to building rubble, as well as natural aggregates. The limestone that is crushed near St Wolfgang is used mainly as frost protection ballast or subcourse material in road construction.
