New high-output vibrator from Invicta

Invicta introduced the 8-bolt BL78 frame (Fig.) to its range of foot-mounted rotary electric vibrators. The BL78 is currently available as a 10 kW 6-pole vibrator with a maximum centrifugal force output of 18 500 Kg (181 485 N) at 960 rpm. The new frame has been designed to accommodate alternative specifications, as required, to suit customer demand. Invicta’s various series of foot-mounted rotary electric vibrators comprise 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-pole versions suitable for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz power supplies and designed for use both in non-hazardous locations and, appropriately certified, in environments containing potentially hazardous, flammable dusts, gases, vapours and mists. The centrifugal force outputs available in the standard range extend from 22 Kgf (216 N) to 23 000 Kgf (225 630 N). In addition an output range of 2700 Kgf (26 487 N) to 10 500 Kgf (103 000 N) is currently available for a selection of rotary hydraulic vibrators. Invicta also manufactures a wide range of pneumatic piston vibrators with outputs ranging from 13 Kgf to 8240 Kgf.
