High-capacity screening for fertilizer applications
Apex screeners from Rotex provide superior screening performance in process, polishing and out load-applications. APEX Screeners are the high-efficiency solution when product specs are tight. A long stroke and slow-speed motion rapidly stratifies particles without remixing, while an aggressive ball mesh cleaning system maintains high rates. Gyratory motion at the feed end quickly spreads the product, and an elliptical-linear stroke at the discharge end separates near-size material. Nearly horizontal decks reduce product loss, so overall yield can exceed 90 %.
A counterbalanced drive ensures minimal transmitted forces into the support structure. Low forces allow an APEX Screener to be floor-mounted or cable-suspended from the building or corner support stands. Cable suspension is a popular choice in light structures and in elevated installations.
