AggMax scrubbing & classifcation system

The AggMax 252SR scrubbing and classification system will be on our stand across the show. This logwasher combines pre-screening, scrubbing, organics removal, sizing, stockpiling, fines recovery, and filtrates removal on a compact chassis. The AggMax can be customised to meet your requirements, with pre-screening, recycling and product screening options available.

FreeFlow mobile washing & water recycling system

Also on display will be the latest generation of FreeFlow mobile washing and water recycling system. Designed and built onto the bed of a semi-trailer for optimal mobility, the plant helps achieve maximum in-situ material recovery and boasts integrated water storage and recycling. Made for mobility, the FreeFlow can cover a range of materials processing needs, giving you flexibility to move from site to site.

CDE announced plans for a special webinar that will offer a 360° virtual tour of their FreeFlow mobile wash plant, which will be on display at the show in June.

During the webinar, which already took place on Thursday 2 May at 10:00, CDE technical experts Fergal Campbell, business development manager, and William Melanophy, head of business development UK and Ireland, will walk through every phase of the mobile plant, from the feedstock and washing process to the results it can produce, explaining how high-quality, in-spec products are ensured and how the power of portability gives materials producers a flexible solution that can be relocated anywhere.

FreeFlow is a fully mobile washing solution for aggregate and sand classification. Designed for optimal mobility, the mobile plant helps achieve maximum in-situ material recovery. With integrated water storage and recycling, FreeFlow benefits from a closed-loop water system to maximize water recovery and recirculation.

Its all-on-one chassis is designed and built on the bed of a semi-trailer. With a removable three-axle bogie approved for road use in Europe, FreeFlow provides unrivalled mobility so operators can, with greater ease than ever before, relocate their mobile plant across multiple sites or to remote locations. On-board system control and an integrated 55kW power generator mean an external connection is not required, allowing for highly efficient plant set-up between sites.

With a capacity of up to 70 t/h, FreeFlow supports superior recovery and retention across a wide range of feed materials, including sand, gravel, crushed rock, scalpings, manufactured sand, and overburden.
