Robust, powerful, and flexible in application
With the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO, Kleemann expands its portfolio of mobile scalping screens beyond the established MOBISCREEN MSS 802 EVO. Thanks to its robust construction, generous feed hopper, and a screening box of 11.2 m², the plant can achieve a feed capacity of up to 750 t/h.
High flexibility in application is ensured by the infinitely variable adjustment of all conveyor speeds and easy conversion from two to three end products. The large adjustable range of the screening box angle (12.5 – 17.0°) allows for high screening performance while maintaining excellent product quality. A wide selection of screen media enables efficient use of the plants. Whether finger screens for clay excavations or square mesh for classifying decorative chippings, the screen decks of the MOBISCREEN 1102 PRO can be equipped to suit individual applications. Additionally, a mixed configuration of the screen decks is possible. Overall, the new plant offers extensive configurability to excel as a standalone unit or in conjunction with other Kleemann machines.
User-friendly operation for safe application
The intuitive plant control of the MSS 1102 PRO reduces the risk of operational errors and saves onboarding time. Furthermore, all relevant functions can be operated from a safe distance, enhancing work safety. The optional SPECTIVE remote control further facilitates the operation of the screening plant: it allows control of all setup functions of the plant, in addition to the travel function. Moreover, it enables convenient speed adjustment of the hopper discharge conveyor and the activation of additional functions such as the water spraying system.
Newly available for Kleemann screening plants is SPECTIVE CONNECT
Through this digital application, the operator receives relevant data like RPM, consumption values, and fill levels directly on their smartphone. Using stockpile monitoring, the current status of material piles can be displayed. When a predefined threshold is reached, the operator receives a notification that the stockpile should be cleared soon. This simplifies work and increases productivity.
Good accessibility for enhanced user-friendliness
Regular maintenance is essential for long machine life and reliable production. To carry out maintenance tasks efficiently, the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO offers good accessibility to all maintenance-related components and lubrication points, as well as intelligent cleaning solutions. The screen media are easily accessible and quickly exchanged via extra-wide working platforms and a horizontally adjustable screening box. Well-accessible tank fillers on both sides of the plant ensure smooth refueling, even if one side is less accessible due to a ramp or stockpile.
Electro-hydraulic dual-power drive
Sustainability plays an important role in Kleemann machines. In the MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO, this is evident through the option of an electro-hydraulic dual-power drive for locally CO2 emission-free operation, as the machine can be operated purely electrically. When operated by diesel, a power-dependent fan reduces noise levels and diesel consumption. The water spraying system on the discharge conveyors significantly reduces dust emissions during operation, thereby improving working conditions for the machine operator and increasing acceptance among local residents.
